Returns Policy

You may return most new, unopened items WITHIN 30 days of delivery for a full refund PROVIDING THE PRODUCT IS UNUSED, IN ITS ORIGINAL PACKAGING AND THERE IS NO DAMAGE TO THE PRODUCT - EITHER DURING TRANSIT WHEN RETURNING THE PRODUCT OR OTHERWISE (PLEASE READ EXCEPTIONS BELOW)* 

*PLEASE CHECK ALL PRODUCTS WHEN RECEIVING THEM, AS WE ARE UNABLE TO REFUND ANY ITEMS AFTER 30 DAYS OF DELIVERY.

We will pay the return shipping cost only IF THE REASON FOR THE RETURN IS A RESULT OF OUR ERROR (i.e. YOU RECEIVED AN INCORRECT ITEM).

If you wish to exchange a product or return a product which was wrongly ordered (i.e. wrong product(s) ordered, wrong delivery address provided etc.) or is no longer required, WE CANNOT REFUND ANY SHIPPING COSTS AND YOU WILL NEED TO PAY FOR THE RETURN SHIPPING COST AND A 20% RESTOCKING CHARGE WILL BE DEDUCTED FROM THE INITIAL ORDER. [PLEASE READ EXCEPTIONS BELOW]* 

If a product is returned to us (either as a result of an incorrect address provided, failure to sign for or collect a delivery etc.) and you require it to be resent, WE CANNOT REFUND ANY INITIAL SHIPPING COSTS AND YOU WILL NEED TO PAY AN ADDITIONAL SHIPPING COST FOR THE ITEM TO BE RESENT. [PLEASE READ EXCEPTIONS BELOW]* 

If you wish to cancel an order once it has already been dispatched (and is with our couriers, due to be delivered to you) WE CANNOT REFUND ANY INITIAL SHIPPING COSTS and only the price of the product(s) will be refunded only once we receive it unused, undamaged and in the original packing (PROVIDING THERE IS NO DAMAGE - EITHER DURING TRANSIT WHEN BEING RETURNED OR OTHERWISE). [PLEASE READ EXCEPTIONS BELOW]* 

 

*We'll pay the return shipping cost if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect item, etc.).

*REFUNDS WILL ONLY BE MADE ONCE ITEMS ARE RETURNED UNUSED AND UNDAMAGED IN THEIR ORIGINAL PACKING.

*IF THERE ARE ANY LOSSES WHEN RETURNING A PRODUCT, WE ARE UNABLE TO ISSUE ANY REFUNDS.

*IF THERE ARE ANY DAMAGES (INCLUDING DURING TRANSIT WHEN RETURNING PRODUCTS OR OTHERWISE) WE ARE UNABLE TO ISSUE ANY REFUNDS.

*THERE WILL BE A 20% RESTOCKING CHARGE ON ALL RETURNS (UNLESS THE REASON FOR A RETURN IS DUE TO OUR ERROR i.e. YOU RECEIVED THE WRONG PRODUCT).


If you need to return an item, simply login to your account, view the order using the "Complete Orders" link under the My Account menu and click the Return Item(s) button. We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item.
